Secondary Fermentation

While a beer may have a solid backbone when it finishes primary fermentation, it is only in secondary that it develops subtlety and nuance. The complexity found in world-class beers comes from unique processes and ingredients and time. Our staff and brew site make SBC a solid brewery, but it is the unique contributions from our collaborators and community that will make us world-class.
